Lawson Screen & Digital Products provides support garment printing machines, supplies, and software. From technical support, to print support, we will help you through every step of any printing process.

Lawson Screen & Digital Products in Saint Louis is open for business 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST) Monday thru Friday. However, we do offer support 24/7/365! Supply and Equipment support staff are available, free of charge, for our customer's use on products purchased from Lawson. Service technicians are available at reasonable rates to visit your facility and provide equipment set-up, training and consulting services.

24 hour Emergency Service Hot Line is available for equipment customers.
If it is after hours (after 8AM - 5PM CST), call 314-382-9300. You will be directed to the automated attendant. Listen to the options presented and select the prompt to speak with a Service Technician. This will transfer you to Lawson's 24-hour Hotline. If you get a voicemail recording after being transferred, please leave a message as someone will call you back, usually within 1 hour.

Note: NO 24 Hour Support for T-Jet users! Do NOT call the 24 Hour Hot-Line for T-Jet or other Non-Lawson Equipment (for non-Lawson items, call during our normal working hours).

You will receive the best screen printing machine and digital t-shirt printing equipment support when you go directly to the manufacturer. Lawson Screen & Digital Products works hard to ensure you are satisfied with your product and service.

Software Support

Software/Supply and Equipment support staff are available, free of charge for items under warranty, for our customer's use on products purchased from Lawson. You will receive the best software support, for most products, when you go directly to the manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with your product or service from the software manufacturer, Lawson will work with you to help resolve your problem. Lawson does not offer free support for computer programs like CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, and RIP programs we do not develop.
