Lawson Composite T-Shirt Platens

Lawson Composite T-Shirt Platens are designed to fit all Lawson screen printing machines, including older and newer models such as the HD, HD-Max, Scout, ED, Beta, and Alpha. These aluminum platens with rounded, neckless corners accommodate various t-shirt sizes, including children’s, youth, adult, XL adult, jacket, and cap sizes, ensuring easy shirt loading.

All platens feature a rubberized surface for enhanced performance, improved grip, and uniform pressure distribution, with free shipping included. Custom-designed platens are available; contact us at (314) 382-9300 for specialized options.

Benefits of Rubberized Surface:

  • Heat Distribution: The rubber layer evenly distributes heat, preventing hot spots and ensuring consistent results in processes like heat pressing or sublimation.
  • Grip and Stability: Increased friction keeps materials secure, reducing slippage and improving printing precision.
  • Pressure Uniformity: The rubber compresses slightly under pressure, providing uniform application across uneven or irregularly shaped materials for higher-quality output.
