Lawson’s film delivers a luxurious, shiny silver finish, enhancing logos and graphics with a premium, eye-catching effect. Its 75-micron thickness ensures stability, and the 2.95" inner core fits standard DTF printers. The film is single-sided (rough printing side, glossy back) or double-sided (matte anti-skid back), with double-sided offering better feed stability. It cannot be re-pressed directly; use protective tissue or turn the garment inside out for re-pressing. Machine wash in cold water, inside out, to protect the coating.Key Features

Compatable with all standard DTF roll printers.

Cold Peel Process: Press at 284–320°F (140–160°C) for 8–15 seconds, cool completely, then peel quickly side-to-side; second 5–10 second press at 302°F (150°C) recommended for durability.

High-Gloss Silver Finish: Produces vibrant, durable metallic designs that resist cracking, peeling, or fading.

Material Compatibility: Works on cotton, polyester, blends, tri-blends, leather, spandex, and more, for light and dark fabrics.

Ink and Powder: Requires DTF inks and TPU powder; print with white ink (70–80% volume, no CMYK needed) for single-color designs like logos.

Certifications: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for eco-friendly, safe use.

Washability: Cold water machine wash, inside out; avoid hand washing or soaking to preserve the coating.

Storage: Store at 20–28°C, 40–60% humidity, sealed, away from sunlight to maintain quality.

Application Notes: Use a lint roller post-peel to remove excess foil; test conditions before mass production.
