The Lawson Express EX is the ideal automatic screen printing machine for t-shirts, garments, bags, and ASI items. This high-quality hybrid automatic press combines AC motor-driven print heads with a pneumatic carousel for an optimal balance of performance and reliability.

Fully automated print heads are paired with an integrated high-speed pneumatic carousel. Roller-bearing registration at each print station ensures pinpoint accuracy and consistency. The intuitive, user-friendly color touchscreen is easy to understand and use, requiring no special training.

With true print-and-flash capabilities, the Express EX allows printing and flashing at the same station, eliminating the need for oversized presses. All Express EX configurations (see below) can print and flash at the same station, enabling up to three flash units on the 4-Color/6-Station model while printing all four colors. This applies to the 6-Color/8-Station and 8-Color/10-Station models as well, maintaining full color capacity with up to three flash units.

The Express EX 4-Color press ships fully assembled, eliminating installation costs. Larger models ship partially assembled and require professional installation.
