- DESCRIPTION
Intense Black Dynamic Plastisol Ink is a ready‑for‑use, low‑cure black ink designed for deep, saturated black prints on t‑shirts, hoodies, and workwear. As part of Lawson’s Dynamic Ink Series developed with Multi‑Technologies in St. Louis, Missouri, this Intense Black is tuned for smooth printing, strong opacity, and a soft hand on both manual and automatic presses.
This low‑cure black plastisol uses Dynamic’s soft‑hand, fast‑flashing, low‑cure chemistry to deliver a very dark, uniform black with a smooth semi‑gloss finish. Dynamic Ink is creamy out of the bucket, requires no reducer, flashes quickly, and cures at about 270°F at the ink film, helping reduce dye migration on blends, minimize scorching, and increase production speed versus standard 320°F cure blacks.
Intense Black is part of Lawson’s premium, high‑opacity color lineup, making it a go‑to choice for outlines, solid fills, and underbase blocking where extra density and coverage are critical. It prints great on cotton and 50/50 garments and, when paired with appropriate low‑bleed whites and blockers, performs well on many polyester and performance fabrics as part of a low‑cure system.
Because Dynamic inks intermix easily, Intense Black can double as a mixing black in custom color‑matching workflows, helping deepen hues and control value while maintaining low‑cure performance and good hand. The Dynamic line is lead‑free and phthalate‑free, with excellent elongation and shelf life, making Intense Black a reliable anchor ink for retail, contract, and children’s apparel printing in St. Louis, the Midwest, and across the U.S.
When you order Intense Black Dynamic Plastisol Ink from Lawson, you get fast U.S. shipping and convenient local pickup in St. Louis, Missouri and Marietta, Georgia, backed by Lawson’s technical support team. Lawson specialists can help you choose mesh counts, squeegees, underbases, and low‑cure dryer settings so your black prints stay rich, consistent, and fully cured from sample through production.
