Questions & Answers

What type of screen printing ink is Intense Process Cyan DI-7150?
Intense Process Cyan DI-7150 is a low-cure Dynamic plastisol screen printing ink designed as a process cyan color, offering semi-opaque coverage and vibrant cyan tone on 50/50 blends, cotton, and other fabrics.

What fabrics is this ink best suited for?
This ink can be used on all types of fabrics; for soft-hand coverage, Lawson recommends using 196 to 305 monofilament mesh, and you should always pretest to confirm suitability and print parameters before production.

What are the recommended flash and cure temperatures?
Flash Intense Process Cyan DI-7150 at approximately 220°F for 3–5 seconds, then fully cure at 270–280°F to achieve optimal adhesion, durability, and low-cure performance.

Is this ink press-ready and safe to use?
Yes. Intense Process Cyan DI-7150 is RFU (ready for use) with a creamy consistency straight from the bucket, and all Dynamic inks are non-phthalate and lead-free for safer shop use.

Can I use this ink for print-flash-print and wet-on-wet?
Absolutely. The ink flashes quickly for print-flash-print over a white underbase, and it can be printed wet-on-wet depending on your mesh, artwork, and press setup—always pretest your process before full runs.

How do I improve bleed resistance with this process cyan ink?
For better bleed resistance on polyester and other “bleeder” garments, Lawson recommends using DI-1550 LB Plus White or any Dynamic Low-Bleed (LB) Series ink as an underbase.

How do I clean up after printing with this ink?
Use a press wash for on-press color changes and an ink degradant for ink removal when reclaiming screens; you can either save the stencil or fully reclaim the frame as part of your normal reclaim process.

Do you offer local pickup in St. Louis, MO and Marietta, GA?
Yes. Intense Process Cyan DI-7150 is available for pickup at our St. Louis, MO headquarters and our Marietta, GA Atlanta-area office, where orders are usually ready in about one hour, in addition to nationwide shipping options.

How should I store this ink for best results?
Store the ink at room temperature in a relatively cool area below 95°F, away from extreme heat and direct sunlight, and use within one year of the manufacturing date for consistent printing performance

  • DESCRIPTION

Dynamic Ink Intense Process Cyan DI-7150 (Ready for Use) is a premier low-cure plastisol screen printing ink that delivers vibrant, semi-opaque cyan coverage on 50/50 blends, cotton, and a wide range of fabrics. Curing at just 270–280°F, this low-cure ink helps protect temperature-sensitive garments while providing rich color and a soft hand feel in process and simulated process printing. With a creamy, press-ready consistency straight from the bucket, Intense Process Cyan DI-7150 is ideal for both manual and automatic screen printing presses that need reliable process cyan performance without heavy modification.

Dynamic Ink flashes quickly, enabling faster production when printing over a white underbase using print-flash-print or wet-on-wet techniques, depending on your artwork and mesh counts. For enhanced bleed resistance on challenging “bleeder” garments, Intense Process Cyan DI-7150 can be paired with DI-1550 LB Plus White or any Dynamic Low-Bleed (LB) Series plastisol ink. All inks in the Dynamic Series are non-phthalate and lead-free, offering vibrant color, semi-gloss finish, minimal ink build-up on screen, and excellent mileage—approximately 800–1,750 sq. ft. per gallon. Clean-up is simple with Thinner DT or any conventional plastisol wash-up system and ink degradant, so you can save the stencil or fully reclaim the screen.

Lawson ships Intense Process Cyan DI-7150 to screen printers nationwide and offers fast local pickup at our St. Louis, MO headquarters and Marietta, GA Atlanta-area office, where most orders are ready in about one hour after processing. Whether your shop is in the St. Louis or Atlanta metro areas, or anywhere across the United States, this low-cure process cyan plastisol ink delivers the consistency, color strength, and production speed you need for professional CMYK and process screen printing.
