Lawson manufactures the Mini Platen 8" x 10" for Epson DTG Printers and Compatible Machines. 

This Mini Platen is useful for infant, baby, toddler and other small apparel

The small DTG platen size makes it ideal for printing baby onesies, bibs, t-shirts and other small garments.

The standard Lawson Mini Platen does not come with the Epson hoop, but it is not necessary.

Just use a few strips of common double faced scotch tape that is available at Walmart, drug stores or craft stores. You only need to help prevent the garment from moving.
