Icon Poly White Fast Fusion Plastisol Ink | Low-Cure, High-Opacity
Icon Poly White Fast Fusion Plastisol Ink is a low-cure plastisol ink (275–280°F) that offers exceptional bleed protection and the highest opacity in its class. It provides full coverage, a wide curing temperature range, and a soft, stretchy, semi-gloss finish, making it ideal for all fabrics, including stretchy polyester.
Key Features:
- Soft Hand Feel: Produces a smooth, semi-gloss finish.
- Silky-Smooth Viscosity: Features a short, creamy body for easy press handling and effortless removal of excess ink from screen and squeegee.
- Versatile Fabric Compatibility: Suitable for cotton, polyester, blends, linen, rayon, and other synthetics.
- Fast Flashing and Low Curing: Supports quick production (2–5 seconds flash time) and cures between 275–280°F and 300°F.
Available Sizes: Quart, gallon, 5-gallon, and fiber drum.
Curing Instructions: Flash at approximately 220°F for 3–5 seconds and cure at 275–280°F.
Cleanup and On-Press Color Changes: Use a press wash for on-press color changes and an ink degradant for removal. The stencil can be saved or the entire screen printing frame reclaimed.
Storage Instructions: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat (below 95°F). Best used within one year of the manufacturing date.
