Icon Poly White Fast Fusion Plastisol Ink | Low-Cure, High-Opacity

Icon Poly White Fast Fusion Plastisol Ink is a low-cure plastisol ink (275–280°F) that offers exceptional bleed protection and the highest opacity in its class. It provides full coverage, a wide curing temperature range, and a soft, stretchy, semi-gloss finish, making it ideal for all fabrics, including stretchy polyester.

Key Features:

  • Soft Hand Feel: Produces a smooth, semi-gloss finish.
  • Silky-Smooth Viscosity: Features a short, creamy body for easy press handling and effortless removal of excess ink from screen and squeegee.
  • Versatile Fabric Compatibility: Suitable for cotton, polyester, blends, linen, rayon, and other synthetics.
  • Fast Flashing and Low Curing: Supports quick production (2–5 seconds flash time) and cures between 275–280°F and 300°F.

Available Sizes: Quart, gallon, 5-gallon, and fiber drum.

Curing Instructions: Flash at approximately 220°F for 3–5 seconds and cure at 275–280°F.

Cleanup and On-Press Color Changes: Use a press wash for on-press color changes and an ink degradant for removal. The stencil can be saved or the entire screen printing frame reclaimed.

Storage Instructions: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat (below 95°F). Best used within one year of the manufacturing date.

Additional Features and Tips:

  • Finish: Semi-gloss
  • Stencils: Compatible with all direct emulsion or capillary film types
  • Opacity: Highly opaque
  • Wash-Up: Use Thinner DT or conventional plastisol wash-up systems
  • Bleed Resistance: Excellent, ideal for polyester
  • Ink Build-Up on Screen: Minimal
  • Mileage: Approximately 800–1,750 sq. ft. per gallon
  • Drying: 275–280°F
  • Fabrics: Suitable for all fabric types; use 196–305 monofilament for soft-hand coverage

Note: Always pretest to confirm suitability and establish procedures before production. Stir plastisols before each use. Avoid dry cleaning, bleach, or direct ironing.
