- DESCRIPTION
Process Blue Dynamic Plastisol Ink (DI‑119) is a ready‑for‑use process‑blue ink with a semi‑gloss finish, semi‑opaque opacity, designed for CMYK / process‑style work and spot applications on garments. It works with all common direct emulsions and capillary films, and is part of Lawson’s low‑cure Dynamic Ink system developed with Multi‑Technologies in St. Louis, Missouri.
This low‑cure process blue plastisol is formulated around the Pantone Process Blue standard and is available in a low‑bleed version (DI‑119 LB) for polyester and blends, curing at about 270–280°F at the ink film. The ink is creamy out of the bucket, flashes quickly, offers high opacity for its class, and shows excellent bleed resistance and mileage—approximately 800–1,750 square feet per gallon according to the low‑bleed spec.
Process Blue DI‑119 is suited both for process‑style printing and bright blue spot colors on cotton, 50/50, and many polyester and blended fabrics. It runs on manual and automatic presses, supports print‑flash‑print and wet‑on‑wet techniques, and maintains minimal ink build‑up on screen, helping you keep long runs clean and consistent.
Because Dynamic inks intermix easily, Process Blue can be used in Lawson’s color‑match/mixing systems to simulate Pantone colors or to tune teals, greens, and sky blues when combined with yellows, greens, and whites in the Dynamic series. Dynamic inks are lead‑free and phthalate‑free, with a smooth semi‑gloss finish, soft hand, and strong shelf life, making Process Blue DI‑119 suitable for retail, contract, and children’s apparel.
When you order Process Blue Dynamic Plastisol Ink from Lawson, you get fast U.S. shipping and convenient local pickup in St. Louis, Missouri and Marietta, Georgia, supported by Lawson’s technical team. They can help you select mesh counts, squeegees, underbases, and low‑cure dryer settings so your process‑blue prints stay bright, consistent, and fully cured from sample to production.
