Ulano CDF/QT is a next-generation direct capillary film for four-color process, halftone, and conventional printing applications. It exposes faster than standard CDF-4 film.

CDF/QT Thick-Films are pure photopolymer (SBQ) sensitized capillary films ranging from 30 to 700 microns in thickness. CDF/QT-30 is ideal for halftone work, while CDF/QT-50 is suited for general sportswear printing. Thicker films are designed for high-density textile printing or applications like peelable solder masks requiring substantial ink deposits through coarse mesh. For optimal results, adhere CDF/QT Thick-Films with CDF/QT Adhering Emulsion in direct/indirect mode or with QTX direct emulsion. Use with non-aggressive solvent-based inks and mild wash-up solvents, as screen openers and aggressive solvents may complicate reclamation.
