Questions & Answers

Can the V-Tech Retro-Fit Kit be installed on non-Lawson dryers?
Yes. The V-Tech Retro-Fit Kit is custom manufactured to meet exact dimensions and electrical specifications, allowing it to be mounted onto almost any brand or model of conveyor dryer on the market.

What components are included in the retro-fit kit?
Each system includes three primary components: the ultra-violet power supply, a vacuum recovery and exhaust pan assembly, and the ultra-violet curing lamp and head unit.

Why add UV curing capability to an existing conveyor dryer?
Retrofitting your existing dryer allows you to expand into printing UV-curable inks, specialty clear coats, solder masks, and adhesives without committing capital or floor space to a separate standalone conveyor system.

How do I get a custom quote for my specific dryer model?
Because every retrofit system is custom built to fit your current dryer frame width, belt clearance, and electrical setup, you can contact our technical sales team directly to discuss your machine's dimensions and specs.
