The Zeus V Digital Hybrid Squeegee-Jet is a digital hybrid inkjet and screen printing system. This DTG garment printer is the right answer if you are looking for a compact and cost-effective hybrid printing system compared to the other digital hybrid squeegees and the hybrid direct to garment machines. The Zeus hybrid unleashes the power of direct-to-garment (DTG) with the versatility and cost efficiency of screen printing.
With the Zeus, you combine DTG inkjet technology with water-based screen printing. By simply printing a white underbase, you can now print multi-color jobs with only 1 screen on almost any material and achieve great color brilliance and the highest wash-fast standards.
The Zeus V Digital Hybrid Squeegee-Jet, combined with a Lawson HD-Max manual printing press or a Lawson automatic t-shirt press, lets you print direct-to-garment (DTG) on all garment types, including polyester, synthetic, performance wear/athleisure and cotton. Screen printers no longer need to buy expensive carousels or oval presses. The Zeus V Digital Hybrid Squeegee-Jet eliminates the need to buy anything more than a 2 or 3 color automatic. Gain the freedom of printing multi-color jobs from one of Lawson’s small footprint manual, semi-auto or fully automatic printing presses.
Using Lawson’s Zeus V Digital Hybrid Squeegee-Jet eliminates the need for an advanced understanding of technical screen printing knowledge. The dual digital print heads provide fast production times and an 18” x 16” print area. The CMYK ink complies with Nike™, Adidas™ and Eco Passport by Oeko-Tex™ environmental and safety standards.
