A Flash Unit for Manual and Automatic Scree Printing
The Lawson Quartz Express Flash Unit is designed specifically for high production printing or when you want your flash unit to automatically turn on/off. Primarily Quartz Express is primarily used with automatic t-shirt printing presses, although it may be used with manual printing press too.
The Quartz Express features an Instant On/Off when a pallet moves underneath it. The quartz tubes heat instantly and flash faster than traditional I.R. panels but does not heat up your platens as much as infrared panels.
As your platen rotates in to position, the Lawson Quartz Express senses (via an electronic eye) the platen's position and automatically turns on. Flash time is fully adjustable and turns off based on user programmed settings.
