APEX X-FEED Automatic Feed System
Stop placing transfers by hand. The APEX X-FEED Automatic Transfer Placement System is designed to lift, separate, and accurately place DTF films or pre-cut heat transfers onto garments with greater speed, consistency, and less operator error.
Built for production environments where placement accuracy and labor efficiency matter, the system helps streamline workflow by reducing repetitive manual handling and improving positioning precision across a wide range of items, including t-shirts, tote bags, golf towels, and more.
A major advantage of the APEX X-Feed is its high-capacity loading system, which can hold up to 450 DTF Films at one time. Adjustable transfer tray between 16" x 20" (maximum) and 3" x 3"*This large-capacity setup makes production easier and more efficient by reducing reload frequency, lowering operator workload, and allowing longer continuous runs with less interruption.
With automated sheet separation, precise placement, and high-volume feeding capability, the APEX X-Feed helps make transfer production faster, easier, and more consistent.
