Lawson Auto-Swing Flash: Advanced Rotating Flash Dryer for Screen Printing
The Lawson Auto-Swing Flash is a top-tier rotating flash dryer for screen printing. Available in two heating element sizes with optional forced air that moves through the heating panel, this motorized spot cure unit flashes t-shirts and automatically swings away from the platen. Set the dwell/delay timer for optimal flash-cured results, preventing pallet board burning. It works effectively with plastisol and water-based inks.
Ideal for manual screen printers, the Auto-Swing Flash features Lawson’s proprietary infrared (IR) heating panel, designed for use with either 120-volt or 220-volt power. The forced-air option, available only with the 220-volt model, directs hot air through the panel onto t-shirts, hoodies, or other garments, speeding up flash times and preventing scorching on sensitive fabrics like polyester, tri-blends, and nylon.
This Auto-Swing unit includes an activation foot pedal, dwell timer, stand, and casters for easy mobility wherever needed.
