XL3 8-Color DTF Printer Bundle: Vibrant and Efficient Printing
The Lawson XL3 8-Color DTF Printer Bundle is ideal for direct-to-film (DTF) printing with an expanded color gamut. It includes the Prestige XL3 DTF Printer and your choice of either the Seismo L24R DTF Powder Applicator and Dryer or the Miro 24" DTF Powder Shaker and Dryer.
The Prestige XL3 is a premium DTF printer designed for superior Pantone matching and color reproduction. With vivid red, orange, blue, and green (ROBG) colors, it delivers exceptional vibrancy for in-house DTF transfers or contract printing. Equipped with three Epson i3200 printheads, it prints up to 102 square feet per hour at 1440 dpi resolution, offering optional bi- or uni-directional printing for high-speed performance.
The XL3 includes free RIP software with built-in print driver profiles tailored for various film and powder combinations. Advanced software features, such as auto-processing, arrange prints across the film to create gang sheets, reducing film costs.
Featuring an automatic White Ink Maintenance System (WIMS), the XL3 circulates white ink to prevent clogging, minimizing ink waste from excessive head cleanings. Seismo L24R DTF Powder Applicator and Dryer
The Seismo L24R DTF Powder Applicator and Dryer enhances efficiency, reduces material waste, and increases cost-effectiveness. Its auto-recirculating system collects and reuses excess powder, saving time and money while minimizing spillage. An intelligent sensor system ensures stable curing quality with low power consumption, reducing operating costs and enhancing print quality. The bundle includes a purifier, eliminating the need for additional exhaust.
With a 24-inch printing width, this DTF printer and shaker combo supports extra-large images or gang printing to maximize production and minimize costs. It’s ideal for full-time DTF printing, whether for in-house shirt decoration or wholesale transfer production.
Both shakers feature a built-in vacuum system that guides the film through the dryer without taping to a take-up reel. This allows you to cut film as it exits the heater or use the take-up reel to roll the film.

Hybrid Warm and Cold Peel DTF Heat Transfer Film
Experience the versatility of our Hybrid Warm/Cold Peel Direct-to-Film Film! Our DTF transfer film is perfect for both warm and cold peels, making it a must-have for any garment. Made to be compatible with cotton, polyester, and more, this film is a game-changer in the world of transfers.
Lawson's Hybrid Warm and Cold Peel film combines two great options into one choice. Use the warm peel feature when you want faster production and a softer hand (feel) to your finished press. Or, peel these DTF transfers cold to get an even brighter, more vibrant color on your tshirt, hoodie or tote bag.
Direction - How to Apply the DTF Transfer Hot Peel Film
Once your image is on the film and the DTF powder is applied and cured, set your heat press somewhere between 275 - 300degrees.
Place the DTF transfer on your garment, powder side down. You may cover with a piece of DTF Transfer paper to protect your heat press if you want.
Press for about 12- 17 seconds with medium/heavy pressure, depending on temperature and garment.
Lift up the heat press. For the warm press, wait approximately 3 seconds and then peel. For the cold press, allow the transfer to become cold.
For a softer feel, after peeling the paper, place ateflon sheetover the image and press for about 5 seconds with medium pressure.

Lawson DTF Heat Transfer Powder
This Direct-to-Film (DTF) heat transfer powder (Transdust Transfer Powder) is a universal powder that works with white and black garments. This polyurethane hot-melt powder has special dye-migration blockers so it can work on dark color polyester shirts. With a low melt point, Lawson's DTF transfer powder applies with a lower temperature and quick heat press onto the garment.
Set your heat press to 325 - 350 degrees and hover heat press over the film for about 2.5 - 3 minutes to melt the powder. You want the powdered glue to melt evenly. For a quicker melt, use the American DTF Cure Box or Kick-Start DTF Conveyor.
Your DTF transfer can now be pressed onto your shirt or stored for later use.

Isopropyl Alcohol 16oz
99% Isopropyl alcohol can clean your water-based digital inks and it can remove unwanted ink splashes without scratches, unlike regular alcohol.
Use this ONLY on Printhead Guards, Encoder Strip, Encoder Wheels, and Platens or areas where unwanted ink splashes on metals/ plastic. Please note this may change/damage certain paints on metal or plastic. Use with care.
