Screen Printing Frames, Mesh & Stretching Equipment | Lawson

Professional Screen Printing Frames & Tensioning Systems

The foundation of a great print is a high-tension screen. At Lawson, we provide a variety of Screen Printing Frames and Stretching Equipment to suit every shop's workflow, from entry-level static frames to industrial high-tension systems.

Choosing the Right Frame System

  • Aluminum Static Frames: Our most popular option. Lightweight, water-resistant, and durable, these are available in standard sizes like 20" x 24" and 23" x 31".
  • Newman Roller Frames: The industry standard for high-performance printing. These allow you to re-tension your mesh on-site, resulting in better registration and faster print speeds.
  • Panel (Eco) Frame System: A sustainable, cost-effective solution. These frames use replaceable Mesh Panels, allowing you to change mesh counts in seconds without specialized stretching equipment.
  • Screen Drying Racks: Protect your emulsion during the drying process. Our Adjustable Drying Racks keep your production area organized and your screens dust-free.

Pre-Press FAQ

Should I use White or Yellow Mesh?

White mesh is standard for lower mesh counts (under 110). Yellow Mesh is preferred for higher mesh counts (156+) because it reduces light scattering during exposure, resulting in sharper detail.

What are the benefits of the Panel (Eco) Frame?

The Panel (Eco) Frame saves money over time by allowing you to replace only the mesh rather than the entire frame. It is ideal for shops with limited storage space.

Do you offer a screen restretching service?

Yes. Our Restretched Aluminum Screen Program and Frame Exchange Program allow you to send in old frames to be professionally remeshed, saving you the cost of buying new aluminum.
