IR-303 II Ink & Spot Remover without Methylene Chloride | Heavy Duty

IR-303 II is a heavy-duty cured ink and spot remover that does not contain harsh chemicals, such as methylene chloride, perchloroethylene or trichloroethylene. There are no ketones in this product, and is not flammable liquid with a flashpoint of over 141 degrees (F). 

Similar to SPIFF II spot remover fluid.
