What is the advantage of using Low-Cure Plastisol Ink?

Low-Cure Plastisol Inks, such as the Dynamic Ink Series, cure at temperatures as low as $270°F$ - $300°F$. This is critical for printing on 100% polyester or tri-blends because it prevents "dye migration" (fabric color bleeding into the ink) and protects delicate garments from scorching.

When should I use a "Low-Bleed" (LB) ink versus a standard RFU ink?

Standard Ready-for-Use (RFU) inks are perfect for 100% cotton garments. However, if you are printing on poly-blends or dark fabrics, you should use a Low-Bleed (LB) Ink. These formulas contain "blockers" that stop the garment's dye from seeping through the ink layer during the curing process.
