The Lawson Poly-Pro/Manual Screen Cleaning System integrates the Poly-Pro Washout Booth with a dedicated ink degradant recirculation system. This enclosed system captures used screen printing chemicals, filters them, and recirculates them through a hose for continuous reuse.
By recirculating ink degradants, press washes, haze removers, and other screen printing chemicals in a closed-loop system, Lawson’s chemical recirculation system minimizes the need for additional chemical purchases. This eco-friendly solution helps shops reduce waste, lower costs, and operate sustainably.
The recirculation tank, mounted on wheels, features a three-tier filtration system to strain reclaimed chemicals before pumping them back through the wand or scrub brush.
