Pro-Cure Screen Printing Screen Dryer

This thermo-air screen printing frame dryer accelerates screen drying by passing temperature-controlled hot air over and under your screens. The warm air is in constant motion to dry your processed or newly washed screens evenly and rapidly. Whether you need to dry wet frames after being washed or rapidly dry wet emulsion, the Pro-Cure has all the features you need for a quality screen-making operation.

In addition to temperature-controlled air movement, the Pro-Cure filters all fresh intake air before heating and distributing it throughout the drying cabinet. The automatic timer is easy to set and will turn off upon completion of the drying cycle. All interior shelves are adjustable to accommodate various-sized screens.

Why the Pro-Cure is better than a box fan or other DIY creation:

1. A common issue with using a box fan to dry screens is the dust, lint, and dirt blown onto the screens. These tiny particles are the most common causes of pinholes. The Lawson Pro-Cure keeps dust, lint, and dirt off your screens by pre-filtering the air before directing it onto your screens.
2. A box fan is slow because it only circulates room air. The Lawson Pro-Cure heats the air before circulating it inside the drying chamber to rapidly dry wet screens and emulsion.
3. The Pro-Cure eliminates the need to manage light issues that could ruin unexposed emulsion. The fully enclosed drying chamber blocks all light, ensuring emulsion-coated screens remain unexposed to UV light until you are ready to use them.

Standard Size: Can hold up to a 28" x 31" OD frame.

Special order and custom sizes are available. An optional Roll-In Screen Cabinet (not pictured) is available for higher-volume production needs (holds up to 20 screens).
