Multi-Color Screen Registration Tape

Multi-Color Screen Registration Tape is designed to help screen printers register multi-color jobs faster, more accurately, and with less waste. This clear registration tape lays directly over your first print so you can print subsequent colors onto the tape, check alignment, and make adjustments without burning through test shirts, pellons, or tubes.

Ideal for both manual and automatic presses, the tape’s clarity lets you see your print while you dial in registration, and its surface is durable enough to be wiped clean and reused multiple times. The Deluxe version of LWG’s Screen Registration Tape is thicker and more durable than the standard version and also provides an extra 100 feet of length, giving busy shops more registrations per roll.

How to Use

1. Print your underbase white (or first color) on a pellon or test tube.

2. Apply the Screen Registration Tape directly over the first print.

3. Print the next color directly onto the tape to check registration.

4. If the print is off, wipe the plastisol ink off the tape, realign your screen, and reprint the color. Repeat this process until your colors are in perfect register.

Because you can wipe and reuse the tape multiple times, you can register as many colors as needed without wasting garments or extra test media.
